This superior grade fully air-conditioned apartment is one of 4 on the top floor of a 3 floor block of 16 apartments close to the golf Clubhouse and driving range. It is shown circled in the photo. The apartment accommodates up to a maximum of 5 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and features a recently refurbished (March 2018) luxury en suite shower room whilst the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have remotely controlled air-conditioning unit above the windows.
The master bedroom is equipped with a 32inch LCD flat screen TV and has its own access to the large full width terrace. The second bedroom has a 22 inch LED flat screen TV.
The kitchen features all modern conveniences including full size oven and induction hob with extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric juicer etc. There is a full size washing machine and separate tumble dryer located in a small utility room opposite the kitchen.
The lounge/dining room has a Samsung 42 inch wide screen LED TV with a Panasonic Blue-Ray DVD player and a selection of DVDs. There is a bluetooth speaker unit and, for seating, 2 x 2/3 seater sofas (there is no sofa bed in this apartment; if more than 4 people are to use the property then an extra day bed must be hired - at additional cost - to accommodate the fifth person). It is fitted with a remote controlled air condtioning unit above the patio doors and has a Fogo Montanha wood burning fire in the feature fireplace for use in the cooler seasons. This fireplace is entirely glass enclosed so that the fire can be stoked and left in all night if required. The lounge also accesses the terrace/balcony which has a table and 6 chairs as well as 2 sunloungers. The balcony is equipped with a Weber Q gas barbecue.
All three TVs in the apartment are connected to the village's cable TV system and receive approx. 200 channels as well as 16 radio channels. Of these, many are English, but there are also Portuguese, German, Dutch, French and multi-lingual channels.
The apartment also benefits from its own, dedicated (up to) 100Mbps wi-fi broadband connection. This is provided free-of-charge to guests and the WEP code for access will be provided with your final confirmation letter.
Our apartment benefits from a west facing terrace with uninterrupted views over the village's 40 bay driving range - the bays are immediately below the terrace with driving away from our building. The Balaia Golf Clubhouse is approximately 70 metres away from our front door. The nearest swimming pool is 50 metres away.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AND THAT SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED WITHIN THE APARTMENT.
