We are able to offer holiday lets in a villa or several apartments at Balaia Golf Village. As the proud owners of an apartment on this superior, luxury development, (see apartment 749, below) we know both the apartment and village layouts intimately. All the properties available on this website are built to the same high standard and share a range of common features as outlined below. However, each property has some features which are unique as a result of either its exact location within the village or its owners specific furnishings or additions. MOST PROPERTIES IN THE RESORT CAN NOW ACCESS THE VILLAGE'S WIRELESS BROADBAND FACILITY - WHICH IS ALSO AVAILABLE AT RECEPTION AND AT THE GOLF CLUBHOUSE. THERE IS A SMALL CHARGE FOR THIS - PAYABLE AT RECEPTION - AS FOLLOWS:
30 MINS = €3.00; 60 MINS = €5.00; 3 HOURS = €10.00, 24 HOURS = €20.00 AND 1 WEEK = €50.00. APART FROM THE 30 MINUTE LEVEL (WHICH MUST BE USED IN A SINGLE "SITTING") ALL OTHERS ARE CUMULATIVE AND YOU MAY LOG IN AND OUT WHEN YOU LIKE (VALID FOR 6 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE).


After the common features list, you will find a list of properties currently available to let through this site together with a short description of its specific benefits. Clicking on the property photo will gain access to a web page of information and photos specific to that accommodation. All apartments available though this site are priced based on number of bedrooms and facilities and this is shown below the list of properties.

We do not necessarily aim to become your only source of bookings, simply to provide an additional source of potential bookings. Common Features

Properties have 1, 2, 3 or 5 bedrooms which may be double or twin bedded depending upon the actual property. In accommodation with more than 1 bedroom, the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath and shower over as well as its own access to the terrace. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and drawer space. The bedrooms are well equipped with all you would expect of superior accommodation and, where other heating facilities are not present, each has a free-standing electric heater for cooler seasons.

In properties with more than 1 bedroom, there is a second, main bathroom also with a bath with shower over.

In most of the properties, the kitchen features all modern conveniences including full size oven and hob with extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric juicer etc. There is normally a full size washing machine and separate tumble dryer located in a small utility room. Please note, that one or two of our apartments do not feature all the above facilities and this is reflected in lower rental costs.

The lounge/dining room has a satellite equipped TV, seating commensurate with the accommodation size, a feature fireplace, dining table large enough to suit the general accommodation size, coffee table(s) and access to a large fully equipped private terrace (loungers, table and chairs, sunshade, etc). In many instances, the lounge sofa converts into a comfortable double bed. Where other heating methods are not present, the lounge is also equipped with 2 free-standing electric heaters for use in the cooler months.
