fully air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment is on
the first floor of a 2 storey block close to the main entrance to Balaia
Village. It is also close to most of the public amenities such as A Varanda
restaurant & bar, indoor leisure centre, tennis courts etc. It is a mere
50m away from the nearest swimming pool.
Both bedrooms have twin beds,
their own terrace, are equipped with ceiling fans and have freestanding
electric heaters for cooler seasons. The master bedroom has an en suite full
size bathroom . Each bedroom is fitted with a remote
controlled air-conditioning unit. The other bathroom is located beside
the 2nd bedroom.
The kitchen features all modern conveniences including
full size oven and hob with extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher,
microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric juicer etc. There is a full size
washing machine and separate tumble dryer together with iron and ironing board
located in a small utility room opposite the kitchen. There is also a hairdryer
available for use.
The lounge/dining
room, with remotely controlled air-conditioning
unit, has a satellite equipped TV, seating for up to 6, a feature
fireplace, dining table for up to 6 people, coffee table and access to a fully
equipped private terrace (loungers, table and chairs, sunshade, etc). The
lounge sofa converts into a comfortable double bed. The lounge is also equipped
with 2 freestanding electric heaters for use in the cooler months.
The
apartment benefits from being one of the closest in the village to the
beautiful Maria Luiza beach which is just a few minutes walk away. Balaia
Village's Golf centre is a leisurely half mile stroll through the well tended
gardens
