The front of the apartment gives access to a large lawned area giving privacy away from other similar located apartments.

The accommodation consists of a large lounge/dining room with remote controlled air-conditioning, satellite equipped TV, stereo with tape and cd player and a dvd player. There is a three seater sofabed and further seating for your comfort. Access to lawned terrace via patio doors. Two of the bedrooms also have patio doors leading onto the lawned terrace and all three have remote controlled air-conditioning units. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, intergrated hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, juicer and panini toaster. The washing machine is located separately in the Laundry Room.
