The apartment has 3 patios and has sliding doors at the front and rear which can be openend in the summer to allow the flow of cooling air. The bedroom is equipped with twin beds and has electric heaters for the cooler seasons.

A fully fitted kitchen is available including microwave oven and washing machine. The lounge/dining room has a satellite TV with up to 30 channels available. A small barbeque is available on the rear patio which overlooks the 4th and 5th fairways of the village's 9 hole golf course.

The apartment is situated in landscaped gardens and is within 2 minutes walk of 2 swimming pools, both with children's paddling pools.

The apartment has recently been decorated throughout, including the painting of all white woodwork.
