This superb fully air conditioned five bedroom, four bathroom Villa is beautifully set in its own grounds surrounded by mature bushes and pine and cork trees. The Villa has a private pool and jacuzzi with views overlooking the golf course. Patio furniture, sun loungers and a built in BBQ are all available to use.

The superior accommodation consists of a large lounge/dining room with remote controlled hot and cold air conditioning. There are two large leather sofas and a feature fireplace and a large marble dining room table. There is also a satellite equipped plasma TV, DVD and CD player. There are two sets of patio doors leading onto the pool area and garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, hob oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, microwave and juicer.

On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with twin beds. One has an ensuite bath room with shower over and the other has an ensuite shower room. There is also a ground floor toilet.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite consisting of a circular bath and a separate shower cubicle. There are two balconies overlooking the golf course.

There are two further bedrooms with twin beds each having their own balconies. There is also a separate shower room and toilet.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AND THAT SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE VILLA.
