This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom split-level apartment is in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by mature pine, cork and olive trees, and is located close to the tennis courts, three swimming pools and the Averanda restaurant.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground-floor. The master bedroom has a queen-sized double bed together with a baby cot. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over as well as access to a private terrace. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds and a separate single bed, again with access to a private terrace. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. There is a separate family bathroom with bath and shower over. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with mirrors and free standing electric heater and fan.

Upstairs there is a large open plan lounge/dining area with feature fire place. The lounge is equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. There is access to a large terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue facilities. There is an upstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand basin.

The kitchen is equipped with oven and hob with extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and juicer etc. Adjacent to the kitchen in the utility room is a fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
