The apartment benefits from 2 patio areas at the rear looking out over the lawns and swimming pool, these patios are equipped with a table, 6 chairs and 2 sun-loungers with a sunshade.

Apartment 418 is just yards from the village's tennis courts and the health club with its indoor pool, jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, steam and massage rooms. It is only a 5 minute walk from the golf course with its lovely clubhouse and views over the course and driving range. The nearest beach (Maria Luiza) with its beachside restaurant serving fresh, local fish, cool drinks and ice-cream is only a 10 minute walk away.
