This 3-bedroom, two bathroom apartment is on the ground floor of overlooking the green on the 4th hole of the Balaia golf course. It is just a few minutes walk from reception, the A Varanda restaurant & bar, indoor leisure centre, tennis courts, and is equally close to the golf clubhouse. It is a mere 3 minute stroll away from the nearest swimming pool.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size double bed, and the other 2 rooms have twin beds. The master bedroom and second bedroom have their own access to the terrace and all bedrooms have (cold and hot) air conditioning. There are also free-standing electric heaters for cooler seasons.

The kitchen features all modern conveniences including full size oven and hob with extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric juicer etc. There is a full size washing machine and separate tumble dryer located in a separate utility room near the third bedroom.

The lounge/dining room has a satellite equipped TV, Stereo with CD player and large leather 3 and 2 seater sofas. There is a feature fireplace and access to the terrace and lawned frontage. There is also a single sofa bed. The lounge also benefits from air conditioning.

There is also a very large terrace on the roof of the apartment providing stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The apartment benefits from a south-east facing terrace with views across the village's golf course and the hills beyond.
