This superior-grade, fully air-conditioned, top floor apartment enjoys a quiet location near the Golf Clubhouse and driving range.

It has an enormous wrap-around terrace which enjoys all-day sunshine as well as beautiful views of the orange grove to the left, the driving range to the right and a distant sea view over the golf course to the front.

The apartment is bright and sunny and has wooden shutters which can be closed to keep the apartment cool during the summer. There is also a bbq on the terrace with a table and six chairs plus four sun loungers and two umbrellas.

The kitchen has marble surfaces and features all modern conveniences including full size oven and hob with extractor hood, two fridges to maximise cold drinks storage (one larder fridge and one with freezer compartment), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric juicer etc. plus plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. There is a full size washing machine and separate tumble drier located in a small utility room opposite the kitchen. The utility room also contains, iron and ironing board, and pads for the sun-loungers plus cold bag for picnics on the beach.

The lounge/dining room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a small selection of DVDs. There is an ipod docking station with separate speakers. [There is also a flat screen TV in the main bedroom]. Both TVs are connected to the village's satellite TV system and receive approximately 28 channels (13 of which are English). The lounge is furnished with a dining table and six chairs and a sofa bed plus a cane lounger and footstool. It is fitted with a remote controlled air conditioning unit and has two doors out to the terrace.

Both fully air-conditioned bedrooms are equipped with twin beds and free standing heaters for cooler seasons and electric fans for warmer nights. The master bedroom has its own access to the terrace. There are two bathrooms - one en-suite to the master bedroom with whirlpool bath, twin basins, bidet and shower and one next to the second bedroom. A hairdryer is also provided.

The Balaia Golf Clubhouse is approximately 90 meters from the apartment as is the nearest swimming pool.

Apartment 736 was completed in December 2001.
