The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom is equipped with twin beds and both feature a remotely controlled air-conditioning unit above the windows.

The master bedroom has its own access to the large full width terrace and both bedrooms have free-standing electric heaters for cooler seasons.

The kitchen features all modern conveniences including full size oven and hob with extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric juicer etc. There is a full size washing machine and separate tumble dryer located in a small utility room opposite the Kitchen

The Balaia Golf Clubhouse is approximately 70 metres away from our front door. The nearest swimming pool, new for the 2002 season, is 50 metres away.
