You can rent a property at Balaia Golf Village at any time of the year. All the properties featured in this website have electric heaters in all rooms and some have wood burning stoves in the lounge fireplaces. Weekly rentals for 2008 range from just £220.00 per week for a 1 bedroom apartment in the low season to £1250.00 for a 3 bedroom detached villa in the peak season according to the table shown at the bottom of the Apartments page which also shows the prices in Euros. Whilst not essential, a car is strongly recommended and you can find out about car hire by clicking the link to the left.
