We are able to offer holiday lets in a villa or several apartments at Balaia Golf Village. As the proud owners of an apartment on this superior, luxury development, (see apartment 749, below) we know both the apartment and village layouts intimately. All the apartments available on this website are built to the same high standard and share a range of common features as outlined below. However, each apartment has some features which are unique as a result of either its exact location within the village or its owners specific furnishings or additions. After the common features list, you will find a list of properties currently available to let through this site together with a short description of its specific benefits. Clicking on the property photo will gain access to a web page of information and photos specific to that accommodation. All apartments available though this site are priced based on number of bedrooms and facilities and this is shown below the list of properties.

Common Features

All apartments have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms which may be double or twin bedded depending upon the actual apartment. In apartments with more than 1 bedroom, the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath and shower over as well as its own access to the terrace. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and drawer space. The bedrooms are well equipped with all you would expect of superior accommodation and each has a free-standing electric heater for cooler seasons.

In apartments with more than 1 bedroom, there is a second, main bathroom also with a bath with shower over.

In most of the apartments, the kitchen features all modern conveniences including full size oven and hob with extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric juicer etc. There is a full size washing machine and separate tumble dryer located in a small utility room. Please note, that one or two of our apartments do not feature all the above facilities and this is reflected in lower rental costs.

The lounge/dining room has a satellite equipped TV, seating for up to 6, a feature fireplace, dining table for p to 6 people, coffee table and access to a large fully equipped private terrace (loungers, table and chairs, sunshade, etc). The lounge sofa converts into a comfortable double bed. The lounge is also equipped with 2 free-standing electric heaters for use in the cooler months.

Villa 8 Villa 8 3 8 Villa 8 is a three bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa set in its own grounds just a few metres away from the main pool and close the restaurant, bar and shops. The villa has just been totally re-furbishing (May 2003) with all new furniture, beds and curtains, along with a newly fitted kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed whilst the two other bedrooms each have two single beds. 2 additional folding beds can be erected in the lounge but have to be rented as extras and added to the advertised cost - allowing the villa to sleep up to 8 people.
