The following prices will apply from October 1st 2007
throughout 2008. Early bookings for the 2009 season, made and confirmed
(deposit paid) before 30th September 2008, will be also be accepted at these
prices. Prices are based on £ Sterling. Prices in Euros are based on an
exchange rate of £1.00 = €1.50 and are indicative, actual exchange
rates when booking will be used to calculate the correct Euro price.

The above pricing includes all
water and power used during your stay, once per week maid service and
laundry/towel change and all end of stay laundry and cleaning (stays of 1 week
or less include only end of stay laundry and cleaning). Additional services can
be provided at extra cost (payable either to us in Sterling or Euros with the
balance of your holiday or directly to Balaia reception in Euros on arrival) as
follows:

We require a 20% deposit
at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the date of
arrival at the apartment. Reservations made within 8 weeks must be paid in full
at the time of booking.
In addition to payment by cheque or bank
transfer, using PayPal we are able to
accept the following cards in payment for accommodation. However, PayPal
charges us for processing card payments and we have no choice but to pass this
on as a surcharge to our clients - normally 4% though this could vary for
clients from N. America.
