"Balaia Golf Village has been a sweet spot for many years now. The surroundings are stunning with striking landscapes filled with pine trees, a golf range and many swimming pools to choose from. Perfect for families who enjoy long walks and want to spend time at some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe.
This 2 bedroom apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The location is very quiet with a great view overseeing the range. The only upgrade needed is regarding the patio sun umbrella that doesn't provide shade for outdoor meals. I highly recommend Apartment 749."

Apartment 749 is a lovely, well equipped holiday home. On arrival the place was extremely clean and looked exactly like the photos.
Everything was easy to find with easy to follow instructions for cooking, washing, local restaurants and had everything you could need. I even noticed a small sewing kit, bucket and spades and beach umbrella for guests to use. There were plenty of towels, spare pillows and blankets and everything you would need.
The balcony had a lovely, peaceful view over the driving range and ideal for those that like the sun from lunchtime till sunset. The resort is well maintained and I would recommend anyone planning a visit to the resort to stay at this apartment.

Great apartment, with all the necessary infrastructure for a good vacation.
Location farther from the entrance to the condominium with the advantage of being very quiet, easy to park and with a swimming pool very close that was not crowded like the others.

"The 2 bedroom apartment is very comfortable and is in a very quiet spot near the golf clubhouse overlooking the Driving range behind. It has all the amenities which you need and we enjoyed our stay of 6 weeks. It has outside space to eat and has a barbecue for guests use.
There are plenty of really good restaurants in the immediate vicinity and places to have a coffee so we would recommend this apartment to others. The owners are always available via email as we did have a problem with one of the bedside lamps which was dealt with very quickly by the maintenance team at Balaia.
The only negative was the outside seat covers and sunbed covers have seen better days and would benefit from refreshing."

"We have been taking our vacation at Apartment 749 in the Balaia Golf Village for the last 6 years.
It is a testament to the condition and facilities that we return year after year.
Top Floor, overlooking the golf range with full sun from mid morning to sunset. Thoroughly well appointed with modern appliances and everything needed to dine.
I would wholeheartedly recommend the Apartment to anyone."

"We have stayed at Balaia many times in the last 15 years and in numerous different apartments but our favourite is this one. Made even better now with the updated en-suite bathroom and the addition of the gas bbq.
The kitchen is really well equipped with lots of glasses, mugs and plates/ bowls. We’ve even joked you’d probably be able to cook a Sunday roast it’s so well stocked.
We don’t go on holiday to stay in and watch tv but you’ve got a full Sky package there if you want it.
The location close to the golf clubhouse and views over the driving range make this ideal for the golfers but the nearest pool is also only a couple of minutes walk away.
We have hired a car in the past but we now realise this isn’t essential as it’s quite easy to walk to local restaurants and beaches.
Dealing with the owners has always been a pleasure. They are professional, helpful and friendly.
